A new pop-up festival series by the New York Philharmonic is coming to Harlem, bringing music, dance, poetry and art to Marcus Garvey Park starting Friday.
Marcus Garvey Park (formerly and also named Mount Morris Park) is a 20.17-acre park on the border between the Harlem and East Harlem, New York.
