Rudy’s World: It’s A Homer, The Harlem Little League Opening Day Ceremony And Game At Marcus Garvey Park In Harlem

On Thursday, May 5th, 2022, the Harlem Little League held its opening day ceremony and game at Marcus Garvey Park in Harlem, NY.

Dwight and Iris Raiford, Founders of the HLL in 1989 when there was no little league available for their son, were present to greet the players, and parents and help make the event a great opening Day.

It was a good game, nice cheering crowd…come on out to the fields to support our young future superstars!

We love the passion and commitment each and every game by the kids playing, the coaches coaching, their families, and their supporters they all have the passion that needed every game:
