SMOKE Jazz Club Celebrates 25 Years With Legendary George Coleman In Harlem

SMOKE Jazz Club, recently voted #1 by Secret NYC, kicks off its year-long 25th-anniversary celebration with a special engagement from NEA Jazz Master George Coleman.

Coleman, who had the honor of opening SMOKE’s doors in 1999, returns to the stage this April to mark the club’s milestone anniversary.

Joining him are several special guests, including Joe Farnsworth, who was also part of SMOKE’s inaugural performance.

This is just the beginning of SMOKE’s year-long Silver Jubilee festivities, with more exciting events to be announced soon.

Catch George Coleman and special guests live at SMOKE Jazz Club, on April 10-14, 2024. With sets on Wednesday & Sunday with Coleman with John Webber (bass), Emmet Cohen (piano), and Joe Farnsworth (drums) and Thursday-Saturday with Coleman with John Webber (bass), Peter Bernstein (guitar), Michael Weiss (piano), and Carl Allen (drums).

Wednesday-Sunday, April 10-14 @ 7:00 p.m. + 9:00 p.m. and additional 10:30 p.m. (Fri & Sat only). Doors open at 5:00 p.m. (unless otherwise noted)
