Based on effective approaches to improve patient performance and health care outcomes, The Allure Group’s Harlem Center and Linden Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation are awarded within the American Health Care Association’s Quality Initiative program.
The program recognizes the country’s most skilled nursing care centers that align with the Baldrige Performance Excellence Framework. The honorees must meet measurable targets on three key proprieties: improvements in organizational success, short-stay/post-acute care, and long-term/dementia care.“

Launched in 2012, the Quality Initiative Program is a national effort to further advance the quality of care in skilled long term and post-acute care facilities. The Allure Group was formally recognized at the AHCA’s Quality Summit in New Orleans, LA on March 12-14, 2018.
