Yesterday we asked you for your thoughts on how much a small two-bedroom condo, north of Central Park, could potentially be asking. No one guessed the correct asking price this week, which is $729,000, but yingei came close, missing the mark by just $3,000 with a guess of $726,000.
It became clear from the comments that many people weren’t particularly fond of this apartment due to its size and lack of views. “ With the exception of the bathroom (that tile looks like leather studs!), I’m deeply unimpressed by this apartment,” stated modmother.
Though the apartment is quite small, on the bright side, much of it has been renovated and whenever things get too cramped, it’s nice to be able to take a short walk over to Central Park. So now that you know the price, what do you make of it?
