Take a midday break and learn about proper alignment, breathwork, and a variety of beginner yoga poses.
Adults ages 50 and older are recommended to attend this beginner course. Registration is required and a class link will be sent prior to the course.
You must download the Zoom video conference platform to participate and have a computer with working video and audio.
