Vivian Sessoms
An accomplished singer and Harlem native Vivian Sessoms, in the company of some of the world’s finest musicians, stakes a claim to a sound all her own on her new album LIFE.
Having earned her stripes as a performer with Ryuichi Sakamoto, P. Diddy, Michael Jackson, Donna Summer and many others, Sessoms and co-producer/creative partner Chris Parks bring their vast array of experiences to bear on an inspired, jazz-influenced set that proves Sessoms a fiery, forward-thinking artist in her own right.
Carla Gibson
The multi-talented songstress Carla Gibson has a personality that will bring listeners down to earth complimented with contagious laughs and a soulful voice.
Throughout New York City she has showcased her one woman show – The Carla Gibson Show while also gracing the court of WNBA & NBA Barclays Center games with the National Anthem.
Daron Lameek
Daron started singing at 19 years old kinda out of nowhere but when he did he never stopped! Growing up in church he taught himself how to play piano and even worked as a hired musician for many years.
Once he started singing and getting more and more opportunity to share in that capacity he figured this was the way to go, turns out he was right. He immediately started recording and in 2014 Daron Lameek released his first EP called “All Summer” which caught many people by surprise.
The EP was experimental R&B and he really caught ears with “Tylenol 500mg”. In those following years, he performed this project for a huge festival put on by the Raw Artist showcase along with performing it at SOBs, Drom and plenty other well-known venues in the NYC gaining new fans as he went. After the release of “All Summer” he went on a heavy vocal practice regimen. He started to get known for his tone and vocal ability along with being able to create a “vibe”, frequently honing his skills on open mic stages. Affording him opportunities to perform with some popular artists such as Mariah Carey and Kat Deluna.
