New York Yimby reports that on a vacant lot just South of Columbia Presbyterian Hospital and Yeshiva University, 465 West 163rd Street will soon rise six stories, in Washington Heights, in Upper Manhattan.
The new building will contain 10,728 square feet of residential area spread among 16 individual units. At just over 670 square feet apiece, rentals are most likely.
In February 2018, Ariel Property Advisors announced the sale of the property for $1.49 million. Permits filed list Jason Chen as the current property owner, under the entity 465 Development Group. No architect is mentioned in current filings.
