The new development would rise 60 feet on West 123rd Street between Lenox and Seventh Avenues, according to building plans. The building would contain six apartment units, each taking up one entire floor of the new development, according to plans filed with the city.
Planned building amenities include rooftop recreation space and a bicycle room in the basement, according to building plans.
The developer behind the six-story building is Big Apple Developers, according to plans filed with the city. The firm Shahrish Consulting is designing the new apartment building, according to development plans.
