Seitu’s World: National Action Network Honors George Floyd On Anniversary Of Death In Harlem

On Tuesday, May 25, 2021, Seitu attended The National Action Network is honoring the first anniversary of the death of George Floyd at the National Action Network in Harlem.

Guests included Jennifer Jones, Senator Brian Benjamin, councilman Mark Levine, at the podium is the president of the NAACP Hazel Dukes, Hakeem Jeffries from Brooklyn, New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio and Reverend Al Sharpton.

At one point attendees got on one knee to represent the knee in the chest of George Floyd for 9 minutes of kneeling to simulate George Floyd’s murder.
