Rudy’s World: Pamela North Ways Street Naming

On Saturday, February 23rd, 2019, City Council Member Ydanis Rodriguez, Manhattan Borough President Gale Brewer, State Senator Robert Jackson, family, and the community gathered at 162nd St. and Edgecomb Avenue.

In a street co-naming ceremony to honor the late Pamela Palanque-North, whose selflessly served as a leader of the community to make NYC a better place for over 25 years.
