Rudy’s World: Official Black Wall Street Saluted In Harlem (Photographs)

By Rudy Collins

On Wednesday, Feb. 28th, 2018, Wells Fargo and The Community Builders saluted Ms. Mandy Bowman, Founder and CEO of Official Black Wall Street.

An app the connects the customer with Black owned businesses. Mandy informed us that we spend over 2 trillion dollars in this country but only 2% of that goes to black businesses.

Celebrity Chef Robles Ali and Power 105.1’s Angela Yee officiated over a raffle, and owner Karl Franz Williams greeted patrons. The food and drinks were excellent.  Dr. Benjamin F. Chavis was also present for the event. Much thanks to Stephanie and the very courteous and professional staff for making it an enjoyable evening.
