The National Black Theatre and The Classical Theatre of Harlem teamed up to put on Amiri baraka‘s riveting “Dutchman” at the National Black Theatre in Harlem on 125th Street. Talented actors Ambien Mitchell, playing the seductress Lula, and Sharif Atkins (above), who plays the fatalistic role of Clay, brought us into their reality of “on the edge racial human interaction”.
The post-play gathering gave everyone the chance to meet and greet the actors and network with each other.
