After a two-year hiatus, New York City’s #1 R&B radio station WBLS’s Circle of Sisters returned to a live reimagined experience, in a post-covid era.
The event took place at the Resorts World in Queens, NY from Sunday, November 20 – Monday, November 21, 2022.
This year’s exciting event included a sensational one-on-one conversation with author and media personality, Harlem fave Wendy Williams, returning to talk candidly with her WBLS family and announce her new podcast, The Wendy Williams Experience; an interview with actress/comedian and host of daytime talk show Sherri, Sherri Shepherd, and award-winning R&B singer K. Michelle for a special crowd-moving musical performance.
The show also included a reunion of cult-favorite actors Jasmine Guy, TC Carson, Dorien Wilson with film producers Bree West and Chuck West discussing the upcoming BET+ original movie, A Wesley Christmas and Let’s Talk Hair panel featuring award-winning author, producer, and cultural critic Michaela angela Davis along with author and celebrity hairstylist Johnny Wright.
