In support of the Chelsea explosion in downtown NYC will open a Resident Service Center which will be located inside of the NYC Emergency Management vehicle located on the northeast corner of West 23rd Street and 7th Avenue in Manhattan. Assistance will be available until 9 PM today, 9/18, and again from 8 AM to 9 PM tomorrow, 9/19, and Tuesday, 9/20, for those affected.
