You and 3 guests will be able to dine at one of the most exclusive restaurants in New York City with a reservation at Rao’s in East Harlem for a second Tuesday of any month of your choice!

Rao’s is known as “The Toughest Table in Town” for a reason. The famous Italian restaurant only has ten tables and to be able to snag a reservation at one of them, you need to be “invited” by the owners.

Rao’s has been on the same corner in East Harlem since 1896 and with VIPs filling the tables, you and your guests will be sure to have the experience of a lifetime.

Dates

  • Experience will occur within the following date range(s):
    Apr 01, 2024 to Mar 31, 2025
  • Experience blackout dates: Monday, Wednesday – Sunday.

Additional Lot Details

  • Valid for 4 people. 
  • Duration: 1 meal. 
  • A meal is part of the event.
  • Does not include the price of meals, beverages, or gratuity, ONLY the reservation.
  • Valid only on the second Tuesday of any month, a mutually agreed upon date, based on the donor’s availability.
  • No credit cards, cash or check only.
  • Must be made at least a month in advance, to be coordinated with the donor. Based on availability.
  • Reservation is valid for any time after 6:30 pm.

Rules & Regulations

  • Experience cannot be resold or re-auctioned.
  • Cannot be transferred.
  • Travel and accommodations are not included.
  • We expect all winning bidders and their guests to conduct themselves appropriately when attending an experience won at Charitybuzz. Decorum and adherence to all rules and guidelines are a must.
  • Additional blackout dates may apply.
  • To be scheduled at a mutually agreed upon date, based on the experience provider’s availability.
  • All Charitybuzz patrons are required to comply with current government, venue, and event requirements associated with the redemption of this lot. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the experience and final purchase price.
  • Should redemption of all or a portion of this lot be prevented or postponed beyond the dates of redemption explicitly stated on this lot page due to force majeure (i.e. weather, act of God, state of war, terrorism, strike, pandemic, etc.) or any other condition beyond reasonable control, the winner may be eligible for a refund of the total purchase price.
