NY Curbed in their The Six Digit Club column, reports that on the top floor of a four-story condo building in central Harlem, this one-bedroom apartment was recently renovated and is now on the market for $795,000.
The duplex apartment spans 860 square feet and comes with a terrace right off the bedroom, as well as access to the just under 500-square foot of roof space.
Some of the other fab features include a wood-burning fireplace, an open-plan kitchen with a breakfast counter, and a skylight in the bedroom on the upper level.
What makes it even more sexy are the low common charges of $410 per month and the monthly taxes of $15 per month. The J-51 abatement on the building does not expire until 2020. Equally cool are the washer, dryer, and dishwasher that come with the unit.
