We the undersigned, representing ourselves and numerous others whose vocation and mission is the well-being of families welcome you to the City of New York and wish you best tidings during your visit and the 2015 World Meeting of Families.
Your holiness, we offer reason and evidence to support our claim that the greatest threat to the family unit and the “best interest” of children is the Family Judicial System, its laws and unwritten policies, and discriminative procedures. Also a threat is their application and practice that permits the courts, its officers, and associated offices and agencies to operate with impunity and immunity often steering families into irreconcilable conflicts.
We call on you to stand with us and publicly denounce the unlawful and prejudicial practitioners of unlawfulness and injustice for political motivation, self-interest, and personal gain. We ask that you openly speak out against all forms of gender-based discrimination and violence against men as is spoken of against women. Openly oppose a branch of government that has repeatedly proven itself to be dysfunctional and archaic as it routinely betrays the public’s trust, has institutionalized and systematized gender-based discrimination. It violates non-custodial parent’s rights to be with their children, and breaches, continuously, the golden rule of “do unto others, as you would have them do unto you.”
It is our request that you, instead, speak on behalf of a task force composed of the under-signed in this humble petition for the purpose of uncovering the crimes against humans and sins against humanity. This request beseeches you to support this task force with the thought of correcting and replacing them with justice laws, tranparency, oversight, and recourse against any and all violators who oppose and work against both parents being equally privileged and with full rights to be involved in their children’s lives.
Through this letter we seek to strengthen the family unit and show the importance of children having both men and women in their lives as fathers and mothers. We echo your call for responsible governance, a healthier environment, and respect for all human life and the eradication of that which makes life a misery. We are ready to support and follow your Motu Proprio, condemning criminal acts of religious and governmental leaders, and making families a higher priority above self-interest and personal gains. Tell us what you require of us.
We thank you for your visit and audience, and most of all for your support of this letter on behalf of our most precious elements, our children and our collective souls.
