NYC Emergency Management honors all of our veterans from Harlem to Hollywood who have served our country. We pay tribute to two veterans who continue to serve the City through the Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) program.
NYC Emergency Management’s tribute video features Eric Herbert and Sergeant Popeye Whittingham, two veterans who continue to serve their Brooklyn and Manhattan communities through their work with CERT. Both are available to speak to media about their commitment to service.
