The missing has dementia and may be in need of medical attention.

5’5″ tall, 150lbs, with salt and pepper hair and brown eyes. Wearing a black coat, blue jeans, black hat, black sneakers, and a turquoise N95 mask.
Last Seen
Mount Sinai Hospital, Union Square East and 4th Avenue, in Manhattan at approximately 1:10 PM on 01-24-2023.
