Congrats, to Moikgantsi Kgama on her return to Harlem Congregations for Community Improvement, Inc. (HCCI). From 2003 to 2007, Moikgantsi Kgama, served as the Director of Communications at HCCI wherein she wrote grants, created HCCI’s fun-filled Jamboree! yatch ride and launched HACAPI (a credit counseling program targeting Harlem’s Francophone community). The founder of ImageNation Cinema Foundation, she resigned from HCCI to establish an arts venue in Harlem. Having successfully opened the RAW SPACE Culture Gallery, which she runs with her partner Gregory Gates, Ms. Kgama has returned to HCCI to continue serving Harlem. She works alongside Carlisa Brown-Simons, HCCI’s Vice President of Corporate Relations. Kgama holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Newspaper Journalism from Syracuse University’s heralded S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications.
