Missing Person: Harlem's Isaac Smith (Update)

A Silver Alert has been issued for Isaac Smith, an 81-year-old black male from 139th Street and Lenox Avenue at approximately 2 pm, on January 18, 2019, in Harlem, NY.

Mr. Smith may be in need of medical attention. He walks with a black cane in his right hand, described as 5’4″ tall, 160lbs, with gray hair and brown eyes, wearing a black and red striped sweater, in white pants, a white baseball cap, and white sneakers.
