The NYPD has issued a Missing Senior Notification for Betty Flagg, 97 years old. She was last seen at Edgecombe Avenue and 150th Street on 12/19/13. Ms. Flagg is described as 5’0″, weighs 100 lbs., with brown eyes and gray hair.
