Patch reports that the NYPD is trying to identify a man wanted for robbing a Harlem cellphone store at gunpoint, police said.

The man entered a Metro PCS store on 3667 Broadway, located between West 151st and 152nd streets, around 10 a.m. on June 7 and approached a 22-year-old woman working at the store, police said. After engaging the employee in conversation the man pulled a gun on her and demanded cash and cellphones, police said.

The man took $100 in cash and electronics valued at $259 before fleeing the store, police said. The woman working at the store was not injured during the robbery.

The suspect is described as a man in his late teens or early 20s standing about 5-foot-10 with a medium build and brown eyes, police said. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie, black pants, black shoes and a black backpack.
