On, Friday, May 4th, 2018, guests from Harlem to Hollis were invited to Macy’s Herald Square to enjoy an evening of food, fun and live music with Macy’s Culinary Council Chef Marcus Samuelsson.
Attendees received an exclusive preview of the 4th annual Harlem EatUp! Festival with tasty bites and thirst quenching cocktails from local Harlem restaurants. Guests received a copy of The Red Rooster Cookbook written by Marcus and had an opportunity to have their book signed by him.
