The LSA (Little Sisters) focuses on community outreach for immigrant and Hispanic communities in East Harlem funded by the Mayor’s Fund for the Advancement of NYC.Because they only speak Spanish, Mixteco etc., LSA has put together and trained a team — one of them is an immigrant from Mexico and is a former LSA client, named Fredy Cruz.
