Lexington Ave Line Bypass At 103rd Street In Harlem

103rd street harlemAs part of its ongoing Station Component work at the 103rd Street Station of the #6 Lexington Avenue Line in East Harlem, New York.

MTA NYC Transit has informed the Harlem Community Board that the uptown platform of the station will be closed beginning January 25, 2016 until May 23, 2016 in order to complete necessary station work.

“During this closure, NYC Transit’s contractor will be performing critical repair of the station’s drainage system, repair of platform edges, floor tiles, ceiling and walls, repair of mezzanine floors, ceiling, walls and painting of the entire station”.

Says the MTA NYC Transit.
