A&E returns to its “Biography” franchise roots about Harlem born Tupac Shakur with “Who Killed Tupac?” (8 p.m., TV-14).

It presents a profile of the rapper and actor as well as a survey of theories about his 1996 murder. Interviews include Tupac’s brother Mopreme Shakur, his childhood associate E.D.I. Mean, Al Sharpton, Christopher Darden and members of Shakur’s group Outlawz.
