The New York State Cannabis Control Board is pleased to announce its upcoming public meeting, which will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, July 19, 2023.
The meeting will take place at the City University of New York Graduate School of Public Health & Health Policy (CUNY SPH), located at 55 West 125th Street, SPH-708 Auditorium, Harlem, NY 10027.
During this meeting, Board Members Jessica Garcia and Adam Perry will be participating via live stream from a private location due to extraordinary circumstances.

This meeting is open to the public; however, please note that due to space limitations, only a limited number of individuals will be able to attend in person.
We encourage members of the public to pre-register if they wish to attend in person, as it will facilitate an easier check-in process. Please be aware that registration is not required to view the live stream of the meeting.
During the designated comment period, members of the public will have the opportunity to provide their input. If you would like to participate in public comment, please indicate your desire to do so when pre-registering or during the check-in process. Each participant will be allotted two minutes for their remarks, and we kindly request that the comments pertain to specific agenda items.
Additionally, online submissions can be made using the provided public comment form. All online comments must be submitted by 5 p.m. on Friday, July 21st, and will become part of the official record of the meeting.
