NYC Health + Hospitals/Metropolitan will host a free workshop on Thursday, November 15, from 3-6:30 PM to help community members understand the best health plan options during open enrollment period for Medicare and New York State of Health.
Health insurance specialists will provide the latest information on
- Medicare Parts A, B, C, and D
- Preventive services
- Enrollment assistance and resources for the uninsured
- What’s new for 2019 and beyond
Outreach specialists from GetCoveredNYC, the City of New York’s health insurance enrollment program, will also be present to help attendees understand their coverage options and begin their enrollment.
