Harlem forum1Uptown Community Democrats announces the first candidates’ forum for the 13th congressional district. The Honorable Congressman Charles Rangel will not run for re-election.

Juan Manuel Benitez from NY1 will moderate the forum.He is the host of the current-affairs program Pura Politica on NY1 Noticias.

Uptown Community Democrats or UCD, is a new political club focused on serving our uptown community and inspiring voters to participate in our democratic process.
