A celebration of Samuel Hargress, Jr. who passed today at Dies at 84 years of age.
The event will take place at the bandshell in Jackie Robinson Park on Sunday, October 31, 2021, at 2:00 PM.
The concert is a free concert in remembrance of Harlem Blues owner Samuel Hargress, Jr., who passed away from COVID-19 last year.
