How To Make The Best Peanut Butter Protein Shake Ever At Home In Harlem

Ingredients

  • 1 medium banana, fresh or frozen

  • 2 heaped tsp. peanut butter
  • 1 medjool date, de-stoned
  • 250ml oat milk

Method

Break the banana into pieces, de-stone the date and add all the ingredients to the blender cup. Blend until smooth and creamy and serve.
