Health & Lifestyle Advocate CC Minton’s New “Passion Behind Powerful Women’ Podcast With Harlem World Magazine

CC Minton is a nationally recognized award-winning health & lifestyle advocate. She is an author of the book Daddy’s Greek Potato Pie: A Book About Healthy Eating, real estate guru, social impact executive, lifestyle empowerment strategist, and Founder and CEO of the Lifestyle Empowerment Group.

CC is a recipient of the President’s Council on Fitness, Sports, and Nutrition Leadership award, empowering communities to embrace and approach life with passion and purpose.  Her grassroots journey began in the kitchen of her home and took her all the way to the most prominent address – The White House.  Invited by the Press Office of First Lady Michelle Obama, to cover the White House Kids’ State Dinner, the journey is where she honed her skills to influence and empower.

CC gave voice to her experiences becoming Health and Lifestyle Editor at Harlem World Magazine where she elevated the conversation about health, fitness, and lifestyle curating content and personal interviews with celebrities and high-profile influencers. CC is a licensed real estate pro, she has an investment portfolio that includes a 1846 historic property that she’s restoring to its’ original grandeur.  CC co-chaired the Junior League’s A Spring Affair House Tour & Boutique at Van Vleck House and Gardens in Montclair, NJ. She is Board President of Stevenson & Moses Boxing for Life. In 2020, she will release her new book, Passionately Focused, where she shares lessons learned, both personally and professionally, on her journey from the kitchen to the White House.
