The legendary Harlem man Clyde Frazier Sr., is the unofficial mayor of Harlem, founder of the Clyde Frazier Jr. Slam Jam Women’s Basketball Classic, and one-time Executive Director of The Friends of Frederick E. Samuel Foundation in Harlem.
