NYCHA GM Michael Kelly was joined by the Harlemite Carmelo Anthony and his Carmelo Anthony Foundation, Council Member Annabel Palma, and Assembly Member Marcos Crespo for a special ribbon cutting ceremony to commemorate the refurbishment of the Monroe Houses basketball court in the Bronx.
NYCHA residents were stunned when surprise guest Carmelo Anthony showed up to hang out and shoot some hoops with the kids of Monroe.
