Allan Harris, acclaimed jazz vocalist/guitarist will launch a new Monday Night Jazz Series at Farafina Cafe & Lounge (1813 Amsterdam Ave., btwn 149-150th St.). Beginning April 3rd (7 PM), Allan will open the first show by debuting his new music video for “Mother’s Love,” an original composition from Harris’s most recent CD, Nobody’s Gonna Love You Better (Black Bar Jukebox Redux). Harris and his trio will be headline performers at Farafina’s inaugural Monday Night Jazz Series (April 3rd, 10th, 17th and 24th), and will feature all new and original material during this April residency. Love Productions, the series producer, and will soon announce future artists for Farafina’s Monday Night Jazz Series from May-August.
