Harlem’s Alicia Keys And Others To Honor Diva Aretha Franklin In Tribute Concert

The Clive Davis tribute to the Queen of Soul has a name and lineup! Alicia Keys, Patti LaBelle, and Bebe Winans will honor Aretha Franklin‘s life and legacy on January 13, 2019.

Other Aretha! A Grammy Celebration For The Queen Of Soul performers includes John Legend, Shirley Caesar, Celine Dion, Kelly Clarkson, Janelle Monae, Common, SZA, Brandi Carlile, Chloe x Halle, H.E.R. and Alessia Cara reports TV One.

In October, Mary Mary, Gladys Knight, Donnie McClurkin, and Cece Winans paid tribute to Aretha at the American Music Awards, highlighting the incomparable gospel hits, the Detroit native was famous for.

Tyler Perry will host the star-studded concert that will honor the life and legacy of one of music’s biggest icons. Franklin died of pancreatic cancer in August. She was 76.

The Aretha! A Grammy Celebration for the Queen of Soul concert will be taped live on Jan. 13, 2019, at 6 p.m. at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles and will air later in the year on CBS.
