The Jasmine Brand reports, that Harlem’s A$AP Rocky is accused of trashing the New York condo he rented for years and now the landlord has slapped the rapper with a federal lawsuit demanding in excess of $175k for the repairs.
A man named Scott Crowe filed suit against A$AP in New York Federal Court accusing him of trashing his luxury condo. Back in October 2013, he explains he leased a New York condo in a luxury building to the rapper.
Then several months later, the two signed an amendment to the lease which acknowledged that A$AP had made certain alterations to the unit without the owner’s approval and he agreed to restore the unit to the original conditions and remove any alterations with damaging the unit.
