NYPD has issued a Silver Alert in regards to the disappearance of Rosa Murphy, a 73-year-old Hispanic female with dementia, from 108th Street and 1st Avenue in Harlem, New York.
Ms. Murphy is described as being 5’3″ and 120 lbs, with brown eyes, and red and gray hair. She was last seen on Wednesday, 8/5 at approximately 1:00 PM wearing a patterned dress, black blazer, black stockings, and either brown or black boots.
