Harlem Teens Apply For Maysles Documentary Center – Deadline May 2, 2014

teengroupshootThe Maysles Documentary Center (MDC), is committed to supporting artists that have important and untold stories to tell.

Their Teen Producers Academy Summer Intensive is a six-week film program where youth not just in Harlem work in small teams to make a short documentary. They are looking for youth who have a story to tell, and want to make moving and honest films about subjects important to them and their communities. The intensive is free, but students must apply by Friday, May 2.
