We just received an e-mail from the good folks at Cecil and Minton’s about a great event coming on June 1st-10th, 2014.
The Cecil and Minton’s and Harlem restaurants have teamed up to take part in the Eat(Red) Drink(Red) Save Lives campaign.
What’s great about this event is that celebrity chefs, food trucks and bars have teamed up with (RED) and the biggest names in food to help fight AIDS.
During this time, The Cecil and Minton’s Harlem will serve up a special (RED) pre-fixe dinner menu and also each restaurant will have a special Belvedere cocktail (drink responsibly)! Red Rooster’s Marcus Samuelsson, Mario Batali, Pat LaFrieda, David Burke, and many others are also taking part in this fabulous campaign to Eat Red in June!
All proceeds will go to the Global Fund to fight AIDS.
