Harlem Congressman Charles Rangel returns from a historic trip to Ethiopia and Kenya in Africa with President Barack Obama.
He traveled with the President and other Congressional Members to visit Ethiopia and Kenya following the passage of extension of African Growth and Opportunity Act (AGOA), a bill I had originally authored to increase trade between our country and these African nations.
