This will be a serious tasting of Bordeaux’s premier appellations. The Winery says they understand the sublties of a region that is defined by terroir.They have purposely included a side by side tasting of the Bordeaux’s from the Haut-Medoc (Pauillac, Marguax, Pessac-Leognan, etc.) compared to the Bordeaux’s of the Libournais (Saint-Emilion, Pomerol, Fronsac, etc.).
