Harlem Success Academy charter school boss Eva Moskowitz angered people protesting against her Wednesday morning when she photo-bombed their demonstration outside her Harlem apartment building.
About three dozen people gathered outside Moskowitz’s home to protest her relationship with President-elect Donald Trump, who met with her last week and was considering her for U.S. Secretary of Education. Trump named Michigan Republican and education activist Betsy DeVos, 58, to the position Wednesday reported sources.
As activists displayed anti-Success Academy placards and took turns decrying its boss, Moskowitz herself materialized with a man and three kids. Moskowitz told the protesters “Thank-you” and “Happy Thanksgiving” as one of her entourage took her photo.
