Rescue workers searched the rubble Thursday for victims of a gas explosion that killed at least seven people, while investigators tried to pinpoint the source of the leak and the cause of the explosion.
Rescuers working amid gusty winds and cold temperatures, pulled four additional bodies overnight from the rubble of two Manhattan apartment buildings, as the death toll rose Thursday to at least seven from a gas leak-triggered explosion.
