Halstead Management Company, a New York residential property management firm, has been engaged by Maple Plaza located at 1919 Madison Avenue, a New York City Housing Development Corporation cooperative in central Harlem. Located in the Mt. Morris Park section of Harlem, “…this is the first management change for the 155-unit cooperative in nearly two decades,” Paul Gottsegen, President of Halstead Management Company, made the announcement.
