Flushing-based KP Developers has filed applications for a four-story, eight-unit residential building at 59 West 128th Street in Harlem. The project will measure 8,000 square feet and its residential units should average 642 square feet apiece, indicative of rental apartments. One of the apartments on the fourth floor will also feature space in an upper penthouse level. Sion Hourizadeh’s Floral Park-based Sion Associates is the applicant of record. The 18-foot-wide, 1,831-square-foot lot is vacant.
