Forecast 2 to 4 Inches of Snow in Harlem

SNOWThe New York City Office of Emergency Management today issued a Hazardous Travel Advisory for Monday, March 3, 2014. The National Weather Service has forecast 2 to 4 inches of snow accumulation through Monday morning in Harlem. Temperatures will not reach above freezing until Friday. The Department of Sanitation issued a Snow Alert today at 11AM.
