Senator Adriano Espaillat and East Harlem New York City Council Speaker Melissa Mark-Viverito will hold a rally tomorrow with local leaders to call for action on Puerto Rico’s debt crisis. The East Harlem rally will unite people from across upper Manhattan to push for Congress to end its gridlock and pass legislation that provides immediate relief for the Island, and a long term strategy to rebuild its economy.
